Maestro OS workflow and feature catalogue

The Maestro OS feature catalogue groups connected business work into customer and order management, communications and AI assistance, finance and delivery, warehouse and manufacturing. Evaluate each workflow with its actual configuration and user roles.

Customer work and commercial handover

Start with CRM and Orders to understand how a customer request becomes a quotation and an identifiable order. Product configuration, supporting documents and revisions provide the reference for later work. For window and door teams, a configuration must preserve dimensions, opening choices and selected materials when the order reaches production. The Window Calculation and Windows and Doors guides explain that context. A quotation is a commercial stage; it should not be mistaken for a released manufacturing instruction.

Communications and reviewed assistance

Communications and AI covers conversations, permitted knowledge and proposed responses. Telephony explains what must be checked for actual calls: provider configuration, media paths, devices and background behaviour. The presence of a communication capability in the architecture does not prove every channel is enabled. Use a representative enquiry to demonstrate which business context is available to the relevant user and when an authorised person approves the next action.

Materials, production and delivery

Warehouse, Cutting Optimisation, Manufacturing and MES describe connected but distinct stages. Received material is different from a planned remnant; a cutting plan is different from evidence of an executed cut. Teams should be able to identify the order and source revision behind the information they use. Finance and Logistics then covers documents, delivery coordination and financial follow-up. The workflow retains commercial and production context without requiring every team to reconstruct the same request.

Integration and evaluation checklist

Use Integrations to define the external system, direction of data flow and expected evidence of completion. Equipment compatibility requires the exact model and supported format; exporting a file does not demonstrate machine operation. Begin with Getting Started, choose the relevant documentation guide and request a focused demonstration. Confirm roles, enabled modules, source information and acceptance criteria before making a commercial commitment about a particular configuration.
